Pinout for USB device in ExpressCard format

I am designing an ExpressCard board that uses only the USB lines on the connector. I should use pins 2 and 3 for USB lines, and 14 to supply the circuit directly, and GNDs of course. But I have a doubt about pin 4 - CPUSB#. Should it be used? If yes, how? Thanks
