AVerMedia releases a new HDTV/analog tuner. The AverTV Hybrid ExpressCard TV tuner is compatible with Windows XP/Vista. The new card supports up to 1080i HD signals with 4:3 and 16:9 aspect ratios, and costs around 130$.
