Hagiwara Sys-Com today announced the availability of the RoHS compliant ExpressCard/54 adapter for CompactFlash(TM) and Microdrive(TM).
The ExpressCard Adapter for CompactFlash(TM) and Microdrive(TM) fits into standard 54mm ExpressCard slot found on many new laptops. Providing 5x speed over previous 16-bit PCMCIA adapters and requiring no software drivers to operate, it's sure to be a "must have in your bag" item for anyone who uses CompactFlash(TM) and Microdrives(TM). The ExpressCard Adapter supports both type I and type II drives and consumes very little power requiring only 3.3v to operate.
