Creative announces the Sound Blaster X-FiExpressCard

Creative announced a new Sound Blaster ExpressCard/34 module. The device provides X-Fi-quality audio via its 3.5mm jac, and wil be released in October 2008.

The card comes bundled Wireless Receiver. This can be connected to speakers and receive the music wirelessly from the laptop.

The X-Fi uses a proprietary algorithms to boost higherand lower frequencies which are lost in MP3 or similiar formats.
